Cabinet & flooring removal
Cabinetry, countertops, tile, hardwood, laminate, and problem subfloor removed down to a sound, install-ready substrate. We protect the surfaces staying in place and leave transitions clean so your finish trades can measure and set without surprises.
Concrete removal
Interior slabs, walkways, small patios, and thickened edges cleared with controlled, small-scale methods that respect the surrounding structure. This is precise concrete clearing for remodels — not mass excavation or site grading.
Small detached exterior structures
Detached garages, sheds, and similar small outbuildings taken down and cleared to grade. Ideal when a remodel or addition needs the lot opened up without bringing in heavy structural crews.
